Stopped in for an early dinner. My wife and I had the pleasure of being served by Pedro. The service, food, and atmosphere surpassed our expectations. I would definitely recommend dropping by for a drink, an appetizer, or a meal. You won't be disappointed. They have a daily happy hour menu (which includes entrees at reduced prices), as well as a roof top bar. Beautiful furnishings throughout.

We’ve been to Aqua twice now, and both times have been amazing! The food and drinks have been incredible every time. Everything was delicious but the crab cakes are seriously the best any of the five of us have ever had, we ordered them twice both visits. They’re all crab with basically no filler, and you can really taste the difference. Shoutout to our bartender, Jason for recommending them! He was awesome, made amazing drinks, and made us feel welcome. Great food, great cocktails, and great service every time. We can’t wait to come back!

Really beautiful new restaurant in the heart of Cape Coral. Our late evening dinner in off season (early July) was excellent in every regard. Pedro, our server, was fantastic. In fact the whole staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in. Aqua is not cheap. But it’s sorta “upscale casual” with regard to dress, vibe, menu, music, etc. It’ll really help if you love all sorts of seafood. We started with the charcuterie tray (pictured) - and loved every bite. We tried the Branzino and the grouper. Both were prepared perfectly. We finished with Key Lime pie and the Lava cake (pictured). Desserts were good - not great. Great alcohol choices, but we just had a few old standards so nothing to report. We took a peek at the private little dining room (pictured) and the roof top bar (which we’ll visit when the weather is kinder). Trust us - this is a new Cape Coral spot you’ll want to try.

We had never been to Aqua before and were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the experience started off a bit off. We made a reservation weeks in advance, but when we arrived they didn’t have a table ready for us. We were told to head up to the rooftop for drinks while they figured it out, but even after coming back down we still had to wait while they “checked” again. The overall service felt a little too casual for a restaurant charging $20 for appetizers and $50 for steaks. The manager was wearing shorts, and our server repeatedly referred to us — and every other table — as “guys,” which felt odd given the price point and atmosphere they seem to be aiming for. To be honest, I also had one of the worst margaritas I’ve ever had — especially disappointing considering the pricing. It lacked flavor and balance, and definitely didn’t match the upscale vibe they seem to be going for. That said, the food truly made up for a lot of it. Everything we ordered was delicious, cooked perfectly, and beautifully presented. The steaks were flavorful and worth the price, and the appetizers were impressive. If we were judging on food alone, it would absolutely be a standout experience
